Lindawest provides consulting services related to corporate compliance frameworks, risk assessments, and alignment with the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA). Deliverables include written reports, governance documentation, and advisory sessions. No legal advice is provided; clients should retain independent legal counsel for binding opinions.

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of services. Failure to disclose material facts may limit Lindawest’s ability to deliver compliant outcomes and may result in termination of the engagement without liability.

Lindawest’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Lindawest be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to regulatory penalties incurred by the client.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Lindawest reserves the right to terminate immediately if the client breaches confidentiality obligations, fails to pay invoices within 60 days, or engages in conduct that materially impairs the consulting relationship.

Lindawest may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file. Continued use of the site or services after the effective date of the amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
